Holder's Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) was established in January of 2024. Construction Documents have been issued and all major Subcontracts/Purchase Orders have been awarded. However, Holder continues to strive to maximize sub-tier SEB and DBE participation. Accordingly, if you are an SEB certified by the City of Omaha or a DBE certified by the State of Nebraska Department of Transportation, please contact Tim Willson at Holder via twillson@holder.com
