SEB / DBE PROGRAM

Committed to Success

Holder will work closely with OAA to develop an approved SEB / DBE program. This full program will be posted here once available.

We plan to recruit firms to the City of Omaha's SEB Program and the Nebraska DOT DBE program in an effort to increase capacity of the market. Please see the outreach tab of this website for links to the City of Omaha and Nebraska DOT.

OUTREACH

Holder will develop a comprehensive Outreach Program to network and build relationships with SEB/DBE firms. We will host numerous outreach events to allow meaningful relationships and connections to be built.

OPPORTUNITY

Holder will focus on both prime and sub-prime contracting opportunities for SEB/DBE Firms and sill strive to meet or exceed our 10% goal for the Eppley TMP.

SUPPORT

Once SEB/DBE firms have secured an opportunity, Holder will support these firms in an effort to help ensure a positive experience for the SEB/DBE firm that enhances the portfolio for these firms.
